Week in NY 11/08-11/14/2010

My kimchi obsession continued this week. One tuesday, I made 김치볶음밥 or kimchi fried rice.

Then on Wednesday, while walking back from lunch, Phil and I spotted the Rickshaw Dumpling Truck, an extension of the Rickshaw Dumpling Bar. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try it since we had already eaten lunch. Maybe next time!

Later that day the bros and I had dinner at Ollies with Kenny since he had some free time.

On Thursday, I along with the other seniors went to Roone Arledge to apply for our degrees. Lunch was free tacos from Korilla.

On Saturday, the bros and I planted some decorative plants in Morningside Park.

A few of the many plants that we planted:

This is what just one of the sides that we beautified looked like afterwards.

While at the park, I also managed to grab some shots of the beautiful weeping willow and pond.

On Sunday, I helped with the faculty in residence dinner. The dinner guest was chemistry professor James Valentini. We had delicious food catered from Bistro Ten 18.

Nicole and David were there too. They said that they wanted to be on my blog and asked me to take a picture lol.
